Dealer expected to beg guilty in Mac Miller overdose death.


 A plea contract submitted in federal court asks for a 17-year sentence. Three individuals were prosecuted in the rapper's 2018 overdose death.

A Los Angeles male butted in the 2018 overdose fatality of rap artist Mac Miller has consented to plead guilty in an offer that can send him to prison for 17 years, according to court files.

Stephen Andrew Walter was just one of three males fingered in 2019 in the fatality of Miller, who passed away of a fentanyl overdose the year prior to.

Miller, whose real name was Malcolm McCormick, passed away at 26 after being located unresponsive at his Studio City home on Sept. 7, 2018. His death was ruled an unexpected overdose of cocaine, alcohol as well as fentanyl.

Walter confessed in the appeal contract that he "routed" another guy, Ryan Michael Reavis, to distribute fake oxycodone pills which contained fentanyl to Cameron James Pettit.

Walter's appeal contract claims that Miller, recognized in that record as M.M., "would not have died from an overdose but for the fentanyl contained in the pills.".

The lawyer, William S. Harris, told Rolling Stone that "it's a binding appeal agreement for 17 years.".
